The integrated and versatile approach to Riser Management.
Eliminate the creation of a floor void
AlphaRiser systems are incorporated into the construction process from the beginning of the programme. As the core and frame is assembled.
Eliminate temporary concrete shuttering
AlphaRiser is built into the structure. The unique outer frame of the unit integrates into the floor slab and provides the shuttering for the slab edge.
Eliminate temporary edge protection
The finished surface is safe to walk on and eliminates the need for temporary protection throughout the remainder of the build programme.
Simple adjustable system to position and fix MEP services
Once MEP works commence, penetrations can be marked up and cut out through the lightweight GRP grating to allow services to pass through.

Holborn Viaduct is a stunning development that is designed to integrate with the historic listed Gatehouse building linking the two road level intersection on Holborn Viaduct and Farringdon St. The building will provide over 34,000sqm of commercial office space as well as high quality amenity space and landscaped public realm. The building is focussed on delivering a sustainable, adaptable and healthy workplace that promotes connecting people and inspiring innovation and creativity.
